COSMIC SIGHT
 

I pretend to control my anxiety with the blink of an eye

Underneath the scab is torn

Terror born all over again

Ribs a meager cage for the animal inside

I have called to the demons of the underworld

They are on the run

The sun of consciousness warms their dark dimensions

Hold my house open in the stillness they will come

The sound that’s left travels to the nether world

My body keeps the sanity

Feelings have a place to play

No longer need my doubt mirrored

Stand tall invoking mystery

With nothing between truth and me

I plant my feet and grow my tree

I have seen my resurrection

Felt the ancient would correcting

Coming from the future and mirrored in the past

Infinity sees through

I am blowing in the wind and my cosmic sight is true
